The Role
Key Responsibilities
As an independent sales agent, you'll represent RedFish Payments in the field — identifying prospects, building relationships, and growing a merchant portfolio.
Prospect
Prospect and close new merchants in peptides, cannabis, online gaming, and other high-risk verticals
Educate
Educate business owners and operators on the advantages of Pay by Bank and ACH versus traditional card processing
Build
Build and manage a pipeline of direct merchants, referral partners, ISOs, agencies, and industry contacts
Identify
Identify merchant pain points — card shutdowns, processor instability, chargebacks, high fees, payout delays
Coordinate
Coordinate with internal underwriting and onboarding teams to move merchants from application to approval quickly
Maintain
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, follow-ups, deal status, and partner communication

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. Your residual income grows with every sale. The more you build, the more you earn — month after month.
